All of our flushable wipes pass each of the seven tests set forth in the Guidelines for Assessing the Flushability of Disposable Nonwoven Products (GD4), which are widely used through North America and Europe to assess flushability and to ensure that wipes are safe for sewer and septic systems. We take it very seriously.

Our wipes* are 100% biodegradable, plant-based and made to break down when flushed. It’s unfortunate that all flushable wipes are considered equal, and that they get such a bad rap! Only 1-2% of what has been found in sewer buildup from 4 separate forensic studies (across multiple cities/countries) has been flushable wipes. The real problems are other items that don’t break down, including feminine hygiene products, baby wipes and all kinds of wipes that aren’t biodegradable, etc.

Like we mentioned, our wipes are 100% biodegradable, plant-based, made from wood pulp and designed to break down. Of course, we do still recommend only flushing one wipe at a time, out of an abundance of caution. And if in doubt, throw it out!

No, the Body Wipes should never be flushed down the toilet!

The vagina (internal) is a magical self-cleaning machine, but the vulva (external) is a whole other thang? BUT, using the right product to keep your little lady fresh & clean is super mega major KEY. The wrong thing can throw off her natural pH, which leads to dry, itchy skin, UTIs, yeast infections, odor & more. Byeeee Felicia, thank u, next! 

Fyi - your average bar soaps & body washes generally have a pH of 9!! This is way too high for hoo ha town. The key is to match your vulva’s natural pH - which is typically between a 3.5 - 4.5! Our wipes are made to maintain this balance - hence, pH-balanced! 

Sure, if you want to - but we recommend using the Body Wipes! They're MUCH bigger, made from a different material and formulated with ingredients (like natural tea tree oil, ginseng & peppermint) that will leave you feeling much fresher when it comes to the bod! #ShowerInAWipe

Yes, our Body Wipes are made for sensitive skin, and can be used to wipe every part of the body (other than Down There! - The Body Wipes have a different pH than Down There, and will throw things out of whack. Also, tea tree oil tends to burn the vagina, so that's another reason to steer clear!)

All of our 'fragrances' are hydrosols - which are naturally derived by simply soaking botanicals (roses, for example) in water! Au natural! 

We've actually had countless people tell us that our wipes are the ONLY wipes/products with a 'fragrance' that they can use without experiencing a reaction! 

Of course, if you're worried, we recommend patch testing on a less sensitive area of the body, just in case. We have full confidence that you should be good to go, though! 

Yes! We love our furry friends and our products are never tested on animals!

We send the tracking number via email as soon as your order ships, so that you can check the status and see when it will arrive. We use USPS and UPS to ship all orders. If you need to make a change to your address, please contact our customer support team at help@goodwipes.com before your order ships and we would be happy to assist. 

Please contact us at help@goodwipes.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, so we can't guarantee the cancellation, but we'll do our best. 

Contact help@goodwipes.com immediately. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed.  

If your shipment is held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. In some cases, the carrier will need to update your address which will result in an upcharge, Goodwipes is not responsible for paying this upcharge. To avoid the upcharge, ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up. 

Goodwipes is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. You will be responsible for filing a claim with the carrier (UPS or DHL). Once your claim has been filed, please contact us directly at help@goodwipes.com with information regarding your situation and your claim number.

Yes, your subscription will renew automatically every 30 to 90 days, depending on the frequency you selected during your initial purchase. If you want to modify your subscription, please contact help@goodwipes.com. 

We currently only ship within the US. 

Getting started with a Wholesale order is as simple as sending over an email about your organization and goodwipes use case to orders@goodwipes.com. 

We do not offer free Goodwipes samples at this time. However, our wipes are priced to be extremely affordable. If you want to try out just one box of our Down There Wipes, check the store locator for a retailer near you (Target, Rite Aid, CVS, etc), where our wipes are often priced at just over $2 per box!
